The Pre-Prep boys have had a thoroughly enjoyable week celebrating creativity and imagination.

Mrs Stanbury delivered an interactive assembly on how hats can be used to develop story characters through using question words.

Each class experienced a Fairy Tale Forest workshop led by Perform.  The boys let their imaginations go wild and had fun in a Make Believe world!

Nicholas Allan, a BAFTA award winning author and illustrator gave a colourful, inspirational workshop to the boys.  He impressed us all with his magical illusions and emphasised the importance of capturing the reader’s attention when writing stories.

The Pre-Prep boys abandoned their school uniform and dressed up as their favourite fictional character.   They enjoyed a themed lunch of weird and wacky delights consisting of pirate ships, golden nuggets and dragon eggs!

The Year 2 boys had a wonderful opportunity to read their favourite stories to the Year 1 boys.

The boys paraded in the playground to upbeat music under the glorious spring sunshine.  It was a unanimous decision that Arnav Chopra was this year’s parade winner!

A fantastic end to Make Believe Week!
