The Year 12 Geographers had a fantastic fieldtrip in Dorset from Saturday 5 to Monday 7 March. The weather shone brightly, giving those on the tip breathtaking views across the UK’s only natural World Heritage Site: the Jurassic Coast.

The boys able to see the landscapes that were taught about in class right in front of them, including world-famous landmarks such as Durdle Door, Chesil Beach and Lulworth Cove. The boys and staff also visited Weymouth, Studland and Hengistbury Head.

The trip provided the boys with a chance to collect primary data and also to review the Coastal and Tourism sections for our exams. Many thanks to Mr Cooper, Mrs Carrick, Mrs Fielden, Mr Smith and Mr Bown.
