Our Jewish Society recently marked Purim with a joyful and inspiring all female reading of the Megillah. The event brought together students from across the school to celebrate a festival rooted in courage, resilience and community spirit. Participants led the reading with confidence and pride, creating a meaningful moment of connection and celebration for everyone who attended.
The evening also highlighted the strength and vibrancy of our student groups, and the way our school community comes together to honour one another’s traditions. There was a warm sense of togetherness in the room – students supporting friends, sharing in the festival’s joyful atmosphere and creating a space where identity and tradition could be expressed with confidence. The event stood as a beautiful example of how our students shape a community where every voice is encouraged, every story valued, and every celebration recognised.
