“Honk!” – A musical tale of The Ugly Duckling

On the 9th, 10th and 11th of June, the boys in Year 6 performed “Honk!” – A musical tale of The Ugly Duckling story.

A witty script for both children and adults was accompanied by some fantastic music so there was something for everybody.

Year 6 came off timetable immediately after half-term and then spent 6 days speaking, singing and dancing. There were some terrific performances from many of the boys who all played various types of birds such as mallards, moorhens, geese, ducklings and of course, swans.

The audiences were amazed at the acting and singing all working together after only 6 days. Hopefully, the boys will remember their production with fondness for the rest of their lives.
