You might be in the fortunate position of already knowing which university you want to go to and which subject to study.

Not everyone does, so our Careers & HE Department can give you expert, personalised advice and guidance to help you make an informed choice. This will help you feel more confident about your decision. Plus, of course, it will help you secure a university place, opening up a world of opportunity and success.

University destinations and subjects

Habs students take up places at a wide range of universities across the UK. From Russell Group universities like Queen’s in Belfast or University College London, to institutes like St Andrew’s and Lancaster, we are also seeing students take up exciting career-based degree apprenticeships at the likes of HSBC and PwC.

Our students are showing a growing interest in US universities, too. Recent destinations include Harvard, Stanford, Columbia, UC Berkeley, UCLA and Rhode Island School of Design.

The subjects our students choose are enormously varied, including Arabic, Dentistry, Investment and Financial Risk Management, Law, Liberal Arts, Medicine, PPE, Sports Science and Theology.

Oxbridge offers

These days, it can be more challenging for students at independent schools to secure offers from Oxford and Cambridge. Nevertheless, our extraordinarily high-achieving students continue to secure offers and attend these world-leading universities:
