Panda takes hat-trick against St Albans

Sohum Panda, playing for the U14Cs against St Albans, achieved the rare feat of taking a hat-trick, striking three times in three successive deliveries in his opening over.  Back in 2011 there was a remarkable spate of hat-tricks by Habs bowlers…seven in a two and a half week period!

Sohum eventually finished with figures of 3 for 15 as St Albans were dismissed for a paltry 67.  In reply, Habs reached their target easily, losing just three wickets in the process.

Elsewhere, the 1st XI lost against St Albans for the first time in six years, but Habs teams had the better of the block fixture overall, winning nine of the thirteen games.
