We have an amazing and innovative teaching team, featuring superb subject experts, all ably assisted by a team of support staff.

Our goal is to have a profound impact on every student, so they can have a profound impact on the world. We prepare them intellectually, emotionally, socially and technologically to carve out the futures they want. Making them capable of endlessly adapting to an ever-changing world.

We believe that excellent exam results are not enough to prepare students for the future. So we also equip them with flexibility, creativity, resilience and critical thought. We are determined that every student will graduate with diverse interests, a strong moral compass, plus the courage to speak out on behalf of themselves and others. We further imbue them with the strength to act as leaders and the humility to be led.

Professional services staff

Habs Boys is fortunate to benefit from a very sizeable professional services team. They are experienced specialists across disciplines such as finance, operations, marketing, HR, estate management and more.

Together, they make sure our staff and students enjoy Habs Boys to the fullest with parents, alumnae and partners staying closely connected to the school.

Regionally, nationally and internationally, we are engaging with businesses, universities, charities and leading organisations in sport and the arts. We are constantly maintaining and developing our infrastructure, creating an environment that delivers exciting innovations in teaching and learning.

Working with children and young people

Successful candidates for vacancies at Habs Boys will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) enhanced check.

Posts are exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, which means we are permitted to ask job applicants to declare all convictions and cautions. This includes those which are spent, unless they are protected under the DBS filtering rules.
