The Aske Project is a Sixth Form initiative allowing all Lower Sixth students to pursue an independent topic of choice over a three week period at the end of the Summer Term under the supervision of a subject specialist. Those achieving distinctions across 4 areas: independent working, quality of reading and research, originality of thought and overall quality of the finished piece are submitted for further marking by a team of external subject specialists. A total of 170 projects were submitted and 46 achieved Distinctions.
Well done to the entire Upper Sixth for setting an exemplary standard in the breadth and quality of their projects. We look forward to the celebrating further academic endeavour from the current Lower Sixth as they take on the challenge later this year.
