The Junior boys attended the inaugural session of Chef Marco’s cookery club. This small class provides an opportunity for six different Junior boys ( Y7 and Y8) to acquire basic cookery skills.
Shaan Sharma from 8M wrote about the club:
‘We all walked into cookery class, nervous but eager to begin. As we entered we saw a table full of ingredients. Instantly my mind associated these ingredients to baking cakes. We were introduced to Chef Marco and after we all washed our hands and put on our aprons we got straight to work. Chef Marco was extremely thorough with his instructions and with his help and amazing guidance we were able to bake a beautiful set of cupcakes. I am very thankful for the chance I got when offered to attend. Thanks to Chef Marco for the cookery club.’
