A group of Sixth Form students took part in an exciting challenge, delivered through an online business simulation run by Enterprise Skills.

The programme gave students the opportunity to step into the role of business leaders, making strategic decisions and competing against their peers in a dynamic and realistic commercial environment.

Students from Habs Boys and Habs Girls were joined by participants from Haberdashers’ Borough Academy and Haberdashers’ Hatcham College, creating a collaborative and competitive experience across our community of schools.

Following their outstanding performances in the challenge, the top 16 students were rewarded with the incredible opportunity to spend a day at Berenberg Bank. The visit provided a fascinating insight into the world of finance, banking and business.

The challenge encouraged students to develop leadership, collaboration, resilience and strategic thinking, while fostering confidence, curiosity and an entrepreneurial mindset.

The Economics department would like to extend its sincere thanks to the Haberdashers’ Foundation for supporting this enriching experience, empowering students to explore future career pathways, gaining firsthand industry insight beyond the classroom.
