Habs Success at U12 Doubles Tournament

 

On Thursday 20 June, Habs’ hosted the Hertfordshire Schools U12 Doubles Tournament. The School welcomed around 40 boys from eight different schools who all competed in challenging weather conditions.

 

After fine performances to overcome Watford Boys’ and Aldwickbury in the group stages, Habs’ pair Camran and James reached the final. The boys faced a tough Marlborough team, and despite falling behind 5-2, the boys staged a fantastic comeback to win 7-5 in front of a large crowd of parents, teachers and participants.

 

The boys acted impeccably both on and off the court, showing brilliant sportsmanship at all times.
