Habs welcomes artist Jane French

The Art department was delighted to welcome practicing artist Jane French.

During the immersive workshop the Year 10 Fine Artists’ have had the opportunity to hear from the artist, observed as she created a stunning portrait and have also been introduced to the process of oil painting, furthering their own coursework portfolios along the way.

Jane French is an accomplished figurative artist and portrait painter. She is a proud member of the Contemporary British Portrait Painters collective (CBPP) – a group of some of the best portrait artists working in Britain.
