At the end of February, Year 3 spent a fabulous day at the amazing Hazard Alley Safety Centre in Milton Keynes. They encountered a range of scenarios, in real life settings, to help develop their understanding of safety outside the classroom. These included fire safety, dangers in the kitchen, water safety and skills for crossing the road. During the session there was an opportunity for the boys to make 999 calls from an authentic looking phone box. Each call was answered by a Hazard Alley staff member who talked through what needed to happen next.
