The Maths Outreach Programme with Grimsdyke Primary School has been a great success this term. Materials and resources provided by Habs Boys have engaged the students at Grimsdyke, every Friday, and have promoted problem solving skills in mathematics.
The final session of this term promoted mental maths strategies with Year 3 students through specially prepared games. Ed Sheeran provided the backdrop for some very entertaining “Parallel Line Dancing” leading to greater understanding of angle relationships with Year 6 students. A novel way to introduce new concepts in maths!
