Students compete in Herts Open Badminton tournament

Earlier this term, 26 students competed in the Herts Open Badminton tournament in Stevenage. 

The tournament was open to all affiliated players who aren’t members of the county squad.It was fantastic to see so many students make the journey to play, with an early start for the U13s and a late finish for the U18s. There were many highlights of the tournament, but below are some of the brilliant successes achieved by our students: 

• Sannidh ((8R2) (U13), Kian (9H1) (U15) and Sharid (L6R1) (U18) coming runner up in their respective age groups
• Haofei (8S2) (U13) winning the plate competition

Along with several other medals.
