The Turner Art Club

The Turner Art Club session on Monday 25 January 2016 was for an invited group of 12 Year 7 pupils who show a particular aptitude for, and interest in, Art. The session centred on drawing with added washes of colour, and took skulls as its theme. The boys created some striking images by drawing first in pencil before adding touches of dilute tea for a sepia tone, and then adding some further line effects with felt pen. They achieved their goal of a completed piece of work within the hour and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
