Year 2 Ancient Egypt Day

A great start back to school after half term as the Year 2 boys dressed up as Pharaohs, archaeologists and explorers and were immersed into life as Ancient Egyptians! Their History topic was brought to life as they participated in workshops and activities to enhance their understanding of Egyptian society, culture and everyday life.

We were impressed by the boys’ creative talent and imagination as they designed and made various artefacts. The day culminated in entertaining and amusing drama activities and roleplay to entertain the Pharaoh and his wife at the Royal Court.
