Year 2 trip to Brighton

What a wonderful day Friday 10 June was for the Year 2 boys, who embarked on a trip to sunny Brighton. The day began with an adventurous trip on the Thameslink, with everyone arriving safe and sound at Brighton train station – Mr Zucker particularly enjoyed playing ‘Star Wars Top Trumps’ with the Year 2 boys.

Upon arrival the boys and their teachers sauntered down to the beach where they enjoyed time on the pier and a healthy lunch. The boys enjoyed perusing the shops along the boardwalk. They then had a delicious ice cream and spent some time down by the water front.

To finish the day, the boys took an open top bus tour through Brighton which returned them to the train station for our journey home. Thank you to all parents and staff and to the boys for being perfect representatives of Haberdashers’.
