Congratulations to Aman Gogna in Year 6 who has been selected to represent England for international chess matches by the English Chess Federation.
Aman recently played at Liverpool for EPSCA qualifiers to join their main junior England squad. He not only qualified for the squad, but won the tournament outright. The tournament was entered by a total of 43 U11s, who are amongst the best players in the country in their age group, and had to qualify to be able to play in the final.
Aman is now officially an international England player for both EPSCA and ECF( English Chess Federation). Well done once again to our chess champion, Aman!
