This week is Children’s Mental Health Week, and this Wednesday (3 February) is Inside Out Day. Inside Out Day aims to raise awareness amongst children regarding the huge importance of being kind and mindful of others, as it can be difficult to tell how someone else may be feeling. To do this, an item of clothing is worn inside out, to make everyone ‘stop and think’.

The Student Council is pleased to announce that this week’s editions of HabsDashGo! will be aimed at raising awareness for Inside Out Day – therefore, we would encourage runners to wear a piece of clothing inside out.
