Old Haberdashers Day
Old Haberdashers Day 2025 will take place on Sunday 8 June at the Elstree campus. All alumni of Habs Girls and Habs Boys are invited and we encourage you to bring your families for what promises to be a fun, relaxing day at Habs.
We like to keep things as informal as possible, so you can look forward to plenty of time to mingle with friends, wander around the campus or join a tour of the schools led by current students.
You’ll also have the chance to enjoy the Annual Tanner Trophy Match, as Habs Boys 1st XI face off against Old Haberdashers Cricket Club XI.
There will be a photo booth and professional photographers onsite capturing the day’s highlights, as well as a demonstration of the Habs Boys digital archives and a display at Habs Girls for their 150th Anniversary.
Food will be available for purchase from our on-site vendors – Tripoli Express (Middle Eastern street food) and Christie’s Catering (Pizza), or feel free to bring your own picnic. Every guest will receive a complimentary welcome drink and ice cream!

Schedule of Events
10.30am: Registration opens
11.00-11.30am: Welcome address from the Headmaster (Bourne Hall)
11.30am-12.30pm: Welcome drink and mingle with all Old Haberdashers on the Croquet Lawn
12.00pm: Cricket Annual Tanner Trophy Match: Habs Boys 1st XI vs Old Haberdashers
12.30-3.00pm: Socialise, explore, and lunch on the Croquet Lawn – purchase street food from food vans OR bring your own picnic. Free ice cream served until 2.30pm
2.00-2.30pm: ‘Future of Habs’ and Q&A with Gus Lock, Executive Principal (Habs Girls School Lecture Theatre)
12.30-1.30pm: 5, 10, 25 year reunion (Classes of 2000, 2015 and 2020) reception drinks and class photos
12.30-2.30pm: 50 Year Reunion lunch for Class of 1975 (Old Refectory)
1.00-3.00pm: Student-led tours of schools (Habs Boys School & Habs Girls School). Tours run every half hour.
3.00pm: Day concludes
