On Wednesday 25 April, Georges House were celebrating St George’s Day. The boys had an interesting talk by Dr Woodhall from the British Heart Foundation (the chosen charity for Georges )
The boys learnt about the foundation and how the heart is connected to the rest of the body. The boys wore mufti. They had to wear something red.
The Georges boys had baked cakes with something red in it. There was a skipping challenge and guessing the amount of sweets.
It was an enjoyable day for a worthy cause. Mrs Adat is grateful to each boy who contributed and to the Georges boys for baking some wonderful cakes.
