Maddie Hinch helps England secure Championships

On Sunday 30 August, the England women came from 2-0 down against the Netherlands to win gold at the EuroHockey Championships with goalkeeper Maddie Hinch voted player of the match.

Maddie, who was ultimately England’s penalty-saving heroine, visited the School in January 2015 to coach our boys. She played particularly close attention to our goalkeepers, offering them tactical and technical advice.

The School would like to congratulate Maddie and the entire England team on their tremendous achievements this year.
