Year 9 visit Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre

For Field Day, Year 9 students visited the Fairlop Outdoor Activity Centre in Ilford where students spent a day on the water canoeing and sailing. 

The staff at the activity centre were full of praise and commented on the enthusiasm and desire to take part that the students displayed. They were taught how to canoe and sail in pairs and developed skills of communication. The rain didn’t dampen any spirits and a real highlight was hearing the boys say to one another “that was so much fun”.

The School would like to thank Mr A Lawrence, Dr C Gannarelli, Ms C Leaver, Ms E Gomez, Dr G Elias, Mrs D Bardou, Mr T Vrionides, Mrs Fielden and Mr B Ward for accompanying the students and organising the trip.
