The Pre-Prep School has taken part in a charitable project to help people who are less fortunate than themselves. An exciting opportunity was given to us to pack individual bags for homeless people in London. This was an excellent way for our boys to understand a significant problem and more importantly to engage directly in addressing it in a positive and meaningful way.

We spoke to the Pre-Prep boys about the issues that homeless people face and each child was sent home with their own drawstring bag to pack. Parents worked with their sons to identify and purchase several items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, hats, gloves, hand warmers, blankets, socks and protein bars which would be especially helpful and valuable to a homeless person over the Winter.

This was an optional activity which has proved to be very successful and worthwhile. A huge thank you to all our Pre-Prep families that contributed so thoughtfully and generously and especially to Mrs Sachdev who initiated the project and to her team who will be distributing the bags to the homeless.
