Four young lovers; a group of actors trying to rehearse their play; a band of fairies: all lost in the magic chaos of the forest. As the climate increases and the seasons are thrown out of sync, the characters are plunged into a dream world of love triangles, mistaken identities and transformations.
Working in collaboration with musicians Thomas Taylor and Matthew Herd, alongside movement directors Laura Dredger and Ingrid Mackinnon, this inventive production features original writing, music and playful physicality devised by the company.
Set against a landscape of sound, water and paint, this is a joyous and creative reimagining of Shakespeare’s classic play.
